信任是医患关系和谐的基石

摘　　要：2020年1月23日是一个重要的日子——武汉“封城”。这向全国及全世界人民展示了我国政府抗击疫情的坚定信念与大国担当。1月25日除夕之夜开启了军、地医护人员驰援武汉,共计42000人。特殊时期、特殊环境,如何构建医患之间的信任桥梁,营造和谐的医患关系,是摆在我们面前的课题。结合多年临床工作经验及武汉抗“疫”心得,笔者认为要建立信任就要努力做好以下五点工作:目标明确,师出有名;技术精良,诊治精准;细致诊查,明察秋毫;关怀备至,身心兼治;建立联系,时常牵挂。通过实践的检验,医生和患者之间相互信任,建立了和谐的医患关系,这对于新冠肺炎的患者的诊疗是具有积极的意义。Wuhan was sealed off from all outside contact on January 23,2020.Chinese government′s firm conviction and strong determination to fight against the epidemic had been fully demonstrated.Since January 25,2020,the Chinese New Year′s eve,a total of 42,000 medical staffs including military and local medical personnel rushed to support Wuhan.How to establish harmonious doctor-patient relationship according to trust in the special period of COVID-19 pandemic is the key point.Based on years of clinical experience and experience in fighting the epidemic in Wuhan,I believe that to build trust,we need to do the following five things:clear goals,a good reason for waging treatment;sophisticated technology,accurate diagnosis and treatment;perceptive inquiry and physical examination;to cure sometimes,to relieve often,to comfort always;keep in touch with patients frequently.Undeniably,the five key points had been achieved,and doctors and patients trust each other,establishing harmonious doctor-patient relationship together in the fighting of COVID-19 pandemic,which plays positive significance for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with COVID-19.
