摘　　要：随着我国社会经济的迅速发展,城市化建设脚步不断加快,这使得建设工程项目的数量也逐渐增多,相关企业之间的竞争日趋白热化。对于这些企业而言,投标是获得工程项目参与权的主要方式,所以投标文件的质量显得尤为重要。而在投标文件的编制过程中存在诸多需要注意的事项,尤其在最容易产生废标的商务文件编制环节。本文就工程项目投标中的商务文件的编制方法及注意事项进行了相关分析。With the rapid development of our country's economy,the pace of urbanization is accelerating,the number of construction projects has increased gradually,and the competition among related companies has become fierce.For these enterprises,bidding is the main way to obtain the right to participate in a project,so the quality of bidding documents is particularly important.However,there are many matters need to attention in the process of preparing bidding documents,especially the business document preparation part,which is most likely to cause waste bids.This article analyzes the preparation methods and precautions of commercial documents in engineering project bidding.
