医院零星维修工程管理存在的问题与对策——以重庆某中医院为例

摘　　要：零星维修工作在医院公共服务工作中起着非常重要的作用,其维修内容面广且非常繁杂,管理难度也较大。零星维修工程质量管理与医院基础设施建设、服务质量密切相关,是医院后勤服务保障的重要支撑。然而,维修施工时的一些负面因素严重影响了工程的管理,个别维修单位偷工减料和弄虚作假所造成的资源浪费和成本提升,也会影响工程进展。该文就某中医院零星维修工程管理存在的主要问题进行剖析,立足于实践经验,找出问题的源头并提出解决方案,以加强中医院零星维修工程的制度管理。The piecemeal maintenance work is an indispensable part of the hospital public service work, which involves complex contents in a wide range and is a challenging job. The quality management of piecemeal maintenance projects is closely related to hospital infrastructure construction and service quality, and is an important support for hospital logistics service guarantee. However, some negative factors during the maintenance and construction have seriously affected the management of the project, and the waste of resources and the increase in costs caused by cutting corners and fraud by some maintenance units will also affect the progress of the project. This paper analyzed the main problems in the management of piecemeal maintenance projects of a TCM hospital and, based on prac-tical experience, found out the source of the problems and proposed solutions, so as to strengthen the system management of the piecemeal maintenance project of the hospital.
