三种方法治疗复发性尖锐湿疣疗效比较研究

摘　　要：目的研究三种方法治疗复发性尖锐湿疣的疗效。方法将近三年来的复发性尖锐湿疣患者298例随机分成三组:A组102例采用微波治疗、B组97例采用外用复方足叶草脂涂剂、C组99例采用局部封闭干扰素加中药口服及外用治疗。结果微波治疗组总有效率85%,外用药治疗组总有效率81%,局封组总有效率94%,微波治疗组与外用药治疗组疗效比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),局封组与其他两组比较治愈率最高,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。三种方法治疗复发性尖锐湿疣平均痊愈时间比较,封闭组平均治愈时间最短(平均1.25个月),与其他两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论为防止尖锐湿疣复发,应采用中西医结合治疗方法,局封配合微波、中医药口服加外洗等综合治疗方法能收到很好疗效。Objective To study the efficacy of three methods in the treatment of recurrent condyloma acuminatum.Methods 298 patients with recurrent condyloma acuminatum in recent three years were randomly divided into three groups:group A(102 cases)was treated with microwave therapy,group B(97 cases)was treated with compound podophyllum ointment,and group C(99 cases)was treated with local blocking interferon plus traditional Chinese medicine oral and external treatment.Results The total effective rate of microwave treatment group was 85%,the total effective rate of external drug treatment group was 81%,and the total effective rate of local blocking group was 94%.There was no significant difference between microwave treatment group and external medicine treatment group(P>0.05).The cure rate of local blocking group was the highest compared with the other two groups(P<0.05).Compared with the average recovery time of the three methods in the treatment of recurrent condyloma acuminatum,the average cure time of the closed group was the shortest(1.25 months on average),which was significantly different from the other two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions in order to prevent the recurrence of condyloma acuminatum,we should adopt the method of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Local blocking combined with microwave,traditional Chinese medicine oral and external washing can achieve good curative effect,which is worth popularizing and applying.
