摘 要:以新疆哈密的褐煤为原料,用H2O2在不同操作条件,如不同固液比、反应时间、反应温度及不同pH条件下加催化剂氧化,根据所得水溶性产物的产率、碱溶性产物的产率、残煤产率以及产生的气体的组成和气体总量,分析了哈密褐煤在不同操作条件下获得产物产率与操作条件的关系,初步探讨出获得各高附加值产物的最佳操作条件,能为从煤氧化产物中分离有机化学品提供一定的依据。Lignite from Hami,Xinjiang is used as a raw material,and H2O2 is used to oxidize under different operating conditions,such as different solid-liquid ratio,reaction time,reaction temperature and different pH conditions,according to the yield of water-soluble products and alkali-soluble products.Production rate,residual coal production rate,gas composition and total gas produced,the relationship between the product yield of Hami lignite under different operating conditions and operating conditions was analyzed,and the best way to obtain high value-added products was preliminarily discussed The operating conditions can provide a basis for the separation of organic chemicals from coal oxidation products.
