摘　　要：德士古水煤浆气化技术在当今煤化工产业中应用十分广泛,但是在实际的应用中常会出现各类问题,不但影响产量,而且对作业人员的人身安全构成威胁。基于此,首先分析德士古水煤浆加压气化技术在运行中的常见问题,然后针对某煤化工公司在实际生产中存在的有关安全、环保问题进行分析并提出优化对策,为德士古水煤浆加压气化技术的完善提供一定的参考。Texaco coal water slurry gasification technology is widely used in the coal chemical industry today,but in practical applications,various problems often occur,which not only affect the output,but also pose a threat to the personal safety of operators.Based on this,this article first analyzes the common problems in the operation of Texaco coal-water slurry pressurized gasification technology,and then analyzes the safety and environmental protection problems existing in the actual production of a coal chemical company and proposes optimal countermeasures.This provides a certain reference for the perfection of Texaco coal-water slurry pressurized gasification technology.
