摘 要:由于传统方法在实际应用过程中产生的维护成本较高,为此提出石油化工仪表设备维护方法研究。首先利用无线传感技术对石油化工仪表设备运行参数进行自动化采集,并保存在数据库中,为仪表设备维护提供数据依据;然后以维护成本率作为目标建立目标函数,将采集的设备运行数据带入到目标函数中,计算出仪表设备维护周期,对石油化工仪表设备进行自动化维护,以实现石油化工仪表设备维护方法设计。实验证明,此次设计方法维护质量与传统方法不相上下,但维护成本方面明显优于传统方法,证明了此次设计的方法能够满足石油化工仪表设备维护需求。Due to the high maintenance cost of the traditional method in the actual application process,a study on the maintenance method of petrochemical instrumentation equipment is proposed.First of all,wireless sensor technology is used to automatically collect the operating parameters of petrochemical instrumentation equipment and save them in the database to provide data basis for instrumentation equipment maintenance;then establish the target function with the maintenance cost rate as the target and bring the collected equipment operation data into To the objective function,calculate the maintenance period of instrumentation equipment,and automate the maintenance of petrochemical instrumentation equipment,so as to realize the design of petrochemical instrumentation equipment maintenance method.It is proved by experiments that the maintenance quality of this design method is comparable to the traditional method,but the maintenance cost is obviously due to the traditional method,which proves that the designed method can meet the maintenance needs of petrochemical instrumentation equipment.
