摘 要:社会经济的发展带动了我国化工生产事业的发展。而化工生产具有高危险性及高污染等特点,所以在化工生产工作开展过程中,合理、科学地使用现代化技术方法非常关键。红外分析仪及色谱分析仪在化工生产领域应用广泛。其中,红外分析仪主要通过对红外线的应用,然后完成对相关化学气体的分析;而色谱分析仪则属于一类分离分析仪器,主要对复杂多组分的混合物进行分离及分析处理。重点针对红外分析仪与色谱分析仪在化工生产中的具体应用进行分析研究,以期为化工生产工作效率及质量的提升提供有价值的建议。The development of social economy has driven the development of my country’s chemical industry.And chemical production has distinctive characteristics such as high risk and high pollution.Therefore,in the process of chemical production,the rational and scientific use of modern technical methods is very important.For infrared analyzers and chromatography analyzers,they are widely used in the field of chemical production.Among them,infrared analyzer,mainly through the application of infrared rays,and then complete the analysis of related chemical gases;and chromatographic analyzer belongs to a type of separation analysis,mainly for the separation and analysis of complex multi-component mixtures.Focus on the analysis and research of the specific application of infrared analyzer and chromatography analyzer in chemical production,in order to provide effective value suggestions for the improvement of the efficiency and quality of chemical production.
