摘 要:作为国民经济中占据重要地位的化工产业,在装置设计工作过程中常常涉及多种化工物料的生产储存、运输和使用等各个环节,这些环节正常情况下稳定在正常范围内,但如其中某一参数发生偏离正常工作范围,未能被及时发现则会导致严重的后果,轻则带来装置停车,财产损失;重则带来严重的人身伤亡事故。HAZOP分析(危险与可操作性分析)则可以从中间偏离出发,进行双向推导,从而确认事故发生的后果程度,根据企业自身的风险矩阵,确认是否需要采取强化保护措施从而降低风险的发生概率,因此HAZOP分析在化工工程设计中具有非常重要的作用。As a chemical industry that occupies an important position in the national economy,various links such as production,storage,transportation,and use of multiple chemical materials are often involved in the design process of devices.These links are normally kept stable within the normal range.However,if one of the parameters deviates from the normal working range,failure to be discovered in time will lead to serious consequences,ranging from device shutdown to property damage,and serious personal injury or death.HAZOP analysis(danger and operability analysis)can proceed from the middle deviation and conduct two-way derivation to confirm the degree of the consequences of the accident.According to the company’s own risk matrix,confirm whether it is necessary to take enhanced protection measures to reduce the probability of risk.Therefore,HAZOP analysis plays a very important role in chemical engineering design.
