摘　　要：化工作为带动我国经济发展的重要行业,对我国的发展起着关键的作用。化工行业主要是对自然材料进行物理或化学处理,之后制造成一定的产品。目前来看,我国的化工行业发展迅速,技术越来越先进,规模也日益庞大。但在实际的生产过程中还存在着一定的问题。在生产过程中化工设备仍存在着一定的安全隐患,不仅给工作人员的生命安全带来了威胁,也会影响企业的发展。因此对化工设备安全管理的加强和创新非常有必要。对目前化工行业中化工设备存在的问题进行分析,并提出了解决策略。As an important industry driving my country’s economic development,chemical industry plays a key role in my country’s development.The chemical industry mainly performs physical or chemical treatment on natural materials,and then manufactures certain products.At present,my country’s chemical industry is developing rapidly,its technology is more and more advanced,and its scale is also increasing.But in the actual production process is also accompanied by certain problems.During the production process,there are still certain safety hazards in the chemical equipment,which not only poses a threat to the safety of the staff,but also affects the development of the enterprise.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen and innovate the safety management of chemical equipment.Analyze the existing problems of chemical equipment in the chemical industry and propose several solutions.
