摘　　要：在医药领域的科学研究工作中,医药化工研发项目扮演着极其重要的角色。伴随着整体性社会经济的进步和发展,在有关医药化工研发及创新能力方面也都陆续提出了更高的要求,因此,凭借最有效的管理方式来助推医药化工研发项目和市场的对接,以及最大化地彻底实现医药化工项目研发的功能成了热切关注的热点和重点。对此,以我国医药化工研发项目管理工作的现状来看,工作中依然存在各种问题,需要认真总结并且对症下药,提出并找到对应问题的解决措施和相关工作建议,竭力将其有效落实。Scientific research work in the field of medicine Chinese medicine chemical research and development project plays an extremely important role.Along with the overall social and economic progress and development,in the pharmaceutical and chemical research and development and innovation capabilities have also been put forward higher requirements,so how to rely on the most effective management methods to promote the pharmaceutical and chemical research and development projects and market docking,and maximize the full realization of pharmaceutical and chemical research and development of the functions of the project has also resolutely become a hot and focus of our urgent attention.In view of the current situation of medical and chemical R&D project management in China,there are still various problems in the work We need to sum it up carefully and give it the right remedy,put forward and find corresponding solutions to the problems and related work suggestions,and make every effort to implement it effectively.
