摘 要:以锌基材料为主要组分,采用共沉淀法及混捏法制备级配组合的深度精脱硫剂,采用XRF、XRD、氮吸附法对试验前后的脱硫剂进行表征。结果表明,金属氧化物对H 2 S的脱硫精度顺序为CuO>ZnO>NiO>CaO>MnO>Fe 3 O 4>MgO;共沉淀法制备的深度精脱硫剂CuO和ZnO的平均晶粒分别为10.1 nm和9.1 nm,不同挤条压力下混捏法制备的精脱硫剂ZnO晶粒大小不同;高温可提高锌基精脱硫剂活性组分的利用率;脱硫剂的硫容分别为36.35%、32.91%、33.05%、19.52%时,相对应的活性组分的利用率分别为96.5%、92.60%、93.54%、75.1%;使用后精脱硫剂的孔容、比表面积均大幅下降,但最可几孔径、平均孔径变化较小,同时表明大孔容、高比表面积、大孔径更有利于提高脱硫剂的脱硫反应活性、硫容和活性组分的利用率。Coprecipitation method and mixing-kneading method were employed to prepare grading-combinatorial fine desulfurizers,using zinc oxide as the main component.The fresh and spent desulfurizers were characterized by XRF,XRD,and nitrogen adsorption-desorption methods.The results showed that the desulfurization activity order of metal oxide reacted with H 2 S was CuO>ZnO>NiO>CaO>MnO>Fe 3 O 4>MgO.The CuO and ZnO average crystal size of fine desulfurizer prepared by coprecipitation method were 10.1 nm and 9.1 nm respectively.Under different extrusion pressure,the ZnO average crystal size of fine desulfurizers prepared by mixing-kneading method was different.High temperature could rise the utilization efficiency of active component.The sulfur capacity of fine desulfurizers was 36.35%,32.91%,33.05%and 19.52%respectively,the corresponding utilization efficiency was 96.5%,92.60%,93.54%and 75.1%respectively.The pore volume and specific surface of spent fine desulfurizers decreased sharply,but the most probable pore diameter and average pore diameter changed little.The higher pore volume,higher specific surface,bigger pore size were favorable to enhance the desulfurization reaction activity,sulfur capacity and utilization efficiency of active component.
