图书馆联盟开展跨界疫情应急服务的探索与思考——以福建省高校数字图书馆联盟(FULink)为例

摘　　要：[目的/意义]研究应对重大公共安全突发事件的方法,为我国图书馆联盟应急信息服务工作提供借鉴及启示。[方法/过程]基于对图书馆联盟和图书馆关联企业的SWOT分析、FULink图书馆联盟的应急服务举措介绍以及经验分享,提出联盟与出版社、数据库代理商等其他机构跨界合作模式。[结果/结论]跨界合作模式立足于实践,可操作性强。在面对重大公共安全突发事件中,图书馆与图书馆合作、图书馆与关联企业合作,取长补短,方能共渡难关。[Purpose/significance]This paper studies the methods for responding to major public safety emergencies,and provides reference and inspiration for the emergency information service of library alliance in China.[Method/process]Based on the SWOT analysis of library alliance and library affiliated enterprises,the introduction of emergency service measures and experience sharing of FULink Library Alliance,the crossover cooperation mode between the alliance and publishers,database agents and other institutions was proposed.[Result/conclusion]The crossover cooperation model is based on practice and has strong operability.In the face of major public security emergencies,the cooperation between libraries and libraries,and the cooperation between libraries and associated enterprises can draw on each other's strengths to overcome difficulties together.
