摘  要:为了优化并提升长白落叶松(Larix olgensis Henry)高世代遗传改良育种技术,充分拓展种质资源的应用空间,以白刀山群体半同胞家系子代测定林为对象,采用固定标准地连续定位观测和高稳系数法,基于生长表现、比较选择、遗传变异和生长稳定性分析,探讨群体及其个体子代树高和年生长量的变异规律,系统分析生长性状的遗传力和遗传增益,综合评价群体、个体子代的生长稳定性,筛选出生长势、抗逆性、适应性、高产潜力和稳产性能兼优的优良个体.结果表明:长白落叶松群体间、个体间子代树高及其年均生长量差异极显著,群体内平均变异分别为24.01%和35.51%,个体平均变异分别为23.85%和35.21%.白刀山群体的生长性状受遗传基因控制程度较强,树高及其年均生长量的群体遗传力分别为0.818和0.779,遗传增益分别为15.69%和22.11%;个体遗传力分别为0.859和0.838,遗传增益分别为16.38%和23.55%.通过比较选择和生长稳定性分析,最终确定并推荐B567、B873、B759和B753为优异个体,这些个体的半同胞家系子代树高和年均生长量的增产率分别为8.35%、7.51%、5.61%、4.55%和10.77%、10.51%、5.64%、6.67%,高稳系数分别为71.49%、71.79%、70.08%、71.45%和63.97%、62.01%、58.91%、61.19%,高产潜力和稳产性能兼优.By the method of continuous and positional observation of fixed standard fields and high stability coefficient,this thesis performed on the regular of genetic variation of tree height and yearly increment from the natural populations and its progeny,analyzed systematically the heritability and the genetic gains in these quantity characters,evaluated comprehensively the growth stability of the growth characters of tree height and yearly increment from the populations in Baidao Mountain and its half-sib progeny of individuals,electing the superior individuals which had excellent growth potential,resistance,adaptability,high yield potential and stability on the basis of the growth evaluation,comparison of choice,analysis of genetic variation and growth stability in order to optimize and promote the techniques of advanced generation genetic improvement breeding,and expand the application space of germplasm resources.The research results has showed that there were great significant difference on the quantitative characters of tree height and yearly increment among the natural populations and its individuals,and its coefficient variance of populations and individuals were 24.01%,35.51%,23.85%and 35.21%,respectively.Meanwhile,the growth character of Larix olgensis in Baidao Mountain had strong heritability.The population heritability of tree height and its yearly increment were 0.818 and 0.779,and the genetic gain were 15.69%and 22.11%,respectively.The individual heritability of tree height and its yearly increment were 0.859 and 0.838,and the genetic gain were 16.38%and 23.55%,respectively.Therefore,B567,B873,B759 and B753 were determined as excellent individuals through comparison of choice and analysis of growth stability.The growth rate of tree height were 8.35%,7.51%,5.61%and 4.55%,the yearly increment were 10.77%,10.51%,5.64%and 6.67%,respectively,and the high stability coefficient of the tree height and the yearly increment were 71.49%,71.79%,70.08%,71.45%and 63.97%,62.01%,58.91%,61.19%.
