过敏性紫癜患儿住院时间及临床症状持续时间与总IgE、IgA及补体C3水平的相关性

摘　　要：目的分析过敏性紫癜患儿住院时间及临床症状持续时间与总IgE、IgA及补体C3水平的相关性。方法回顾性分析100例过敏性紫癜患儿的临床资料,按照总IgE、IgA及补体C3水平将患儿进行分组,比较不同水平总IgE、IgA、补体C3患儿的住院时间及临床症状持续时间。分析患儿住院时间、腹痛症状持续时间、关节痛持续时间与总IgE、IgA及补体C3水平的相关性。结果总IgE升高组的住院时间、腹痛症状持续时间、关节痛持续时间均长于总IgE正常组(P<0.05)。IgA升高组患儿住院时间、腹痛症状持续时间、关节痛持续时间均长于IgA正常组(P<0.05)。补体C3降低组的住院时间、腹痛症状持续时间、关节痛持续时间均长于补体C3正常组(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,总IgE、IgA对住院时间、腹痛症状持续时间、关节痛持续时间产生显著的正向影响(P<0.05)。结论过敏性紫癜患儿住院时间、临床症状持续时间与总IgE、IgA之间具有密切相关性。Objective To analyze the correlation of hospitalization time and duration of clinical symptoms and total IgE,IgA and complement C3 levels in children with anaphylactoid purpura.Methods The clinical data of 100 children with anaphylactoid purpura were analyzed retrospectively.The children were grouped according to the levels of total IgE,IgA and complement C3,and the hospitalization time and duration of clinical symptoms of children with different levels of total IgE,IgA and complement C3 were compared.The correlation of hospitalization time,abdominal pain symptom duration and joint pain duration with total IgE,IgA and complement C3 levels were analyzed.Results The hospitalization time,abdominal pain symptom duration and joint pain duration in the total IgE elevated group were longer than those in the total IgE normal group(P<0.05).The hospitalization time,abdominal pain symptom duration and joint pain duration in the IgA elevated group were longer than those in the IgA normal group(P<0.05).The hospitalization time,abdominal pain symptom duration and joint pain duration in the complement C3 decreased group were longer than those in the complement C3 normal group(P<0.05).The multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that total IgE and IgA had significant positive effects on hospitalization time,abdominal pain symptom duration and joint pain duration(P<0.05).Conclusion There are close correlation between total IgE,IgA and the hospitalization time and duration of clinical symptoms in children with anaphylactoid purpura.
