摘　　要：目的探讨针灸刺法、推拿手法、药物熏洗配合玻璃酸钠注射液治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的108例膝关节骨性关节炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各54例。对照组采用玻璃酸钠注射液治疗,观察组在此基础上采用针灸刺法、推拿手法及药物熏洗联合治疗。比较两组的临床疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗3、5周后,两组TNF-α、IL-1β水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗3、5周后,两组膝关节功能评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗3、5周后,观察组TGF-β、FGF-2水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针灸刺法、推拿手法、药物熏洗联合玻璃酸钠注射液应用于膝关节骨性关节炎治疗中效果显著,可改善患者的膝关节功能,降低炎性因子水平,提升软骨修复因子水平,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture,massage manipulation,drug fumigation and sodium hyaluronate injection in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 108 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted in our hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group adopting random number table method,with 54 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate injection,while the observation group was treated with acupuncture,massage manipulation and drug fumigation on this basis.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);after 3 and 5 weeks of treatment,the levels of TNF-αand IL-1βin the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05);after 3 and 5 weeks of treatment,the knee joint function scores in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05);after 3 and 5 weeks of treatment,the levels of TGF-βand FGF-2 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture,massage manipulation,medicine fumigation combined with sodium hyaluronate injection in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis has a significant effect,it can improve the knee joint function,reduce the level of inflammatory factors and improve the level of cartilage repair factor.Which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
