摘　　要：目的探讨快速康复理念在脊柱微创手术患者围手术期的应用效果。方法选取我院收治的58例脊柱微创手术患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组(29例,常规护理干预)和观察组(29例,快速康复理念的护理干预)。比较两组的护理效果。结果术后24 h,观察组的VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,观察组的SAS、SDS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的GCQ评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的下床活动时间、住院时间短于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组,JOA评分及护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的SF-36各项评分均升高,且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论快速康复理念在脊柱微创手术患者围手术期的应用效果显著,能有效缓解患者的负性心理情绪,缩短住院时间,降低并发症发生率,促进患者腰椎功能恢复,提高护理满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of rapid rehabilitation concept in patients with minimally invasive spinal surgery during perioperative period.Methods A total of 58 patients with minimally invasive spinal surgery admitted in our hospital were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group(29 cases,routine nursing intervention)and observation group(29 cases,nursing intervention of rapid rehabilitation concept).The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results At 24 hours after surgery,the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);after nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the GCQ score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The time of getting out of bed and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,total incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group,JOA score and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,SF-36 scores of the two groups increased,and those of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation concept in patients with minimally invasive spinal surgery during perioperative period has a significant application effect,it can effectively relieve the negative psychological emotion,shorten the hospitalization time,reduce the incidence of complications,promote the recovery of lumbar function and improve nursing satisfaction.
