摘　　要：介绍了高压大口径楔式闸阀快速启闭的使用要求,设计了大型三缸双作用气缸和手动液压泵操作机构,给出了超大型气缸计算内容、加工过程和安装方法。In order to solve the difficulty of machining and installing the super large cylinder,a new design of large three cylinders and double acting cylinder with manual hydraulic pump actuator is innovated,which meets the requirements of quick open and shut for high pressure large wedge gate valve.
