摘 要:为得到环氧树脂在SF6/N2混合气体下的热分解机理以及主要失重区间的特征分解组分判断标准,采用同步热分析仪与气相色谱质谱仪联用的方法研究了环氧树脂在SF6/N2气氛下的热分解特性,检测了特征分解组分体积分数,并得到了其随温度变化规律,提出了判断环氧树脂表面发生局部过热性故障的方法。TG曲线表明:环氧树脂的主要失重区间并不受实验气体种类的影响,分解区间为330~470℃。DSC曲线表明:环氧树脂在SF6/N2氛围下的分解是一个复杂的化学过程;随着混合气体中N2比例的增加,体系的热稳定性下降,SF6的分解加剧。选择CO2、SO2、H2S、SOF2、CF4作为特征组分进行检测。环氧树脂存在条件下,不同SF6比例混合气体的特征组分产气速率和起始体积分数不同,产气温度相同。选择H2S、CF4作为判断环氧树脂表面POF温度的特征组分并建立了数学模型。The purpose of this paper is to obtain the thermal decomposition mechanism of epoxy resin in SF6/N2 mixed gas and the criterion for determining the characteristic decomposition component of the main weight loss interval.Therefore,the thermal decomposition characteristics of epoxy resin in SF6/N2 atmosphere were studied by means of synchronous thermal analyzer and gas chromatography mass spectrometer.The concentration of the characteristic decomposition component was detected and a method for judging the local overheating failure of the epoxy resin surface was proposed.The TG curve indicates that the main weight loss interval of the epoxy resin is not affected by the type of experimental gas,and the decomposition interval is 330℃~470℃.The DSC curve indicates that the decomposition of epoxy resin in SF6/N2 atmosphere is a complex chemical process.As the proportion of N2 in the mixed gas increases,the thermal stability of the system decreases,and the decomposition of SF6 is intensified.CO2,SO2,H2S,SOF2,and CF4 were selected as characteristic components for detection.Under the condition of epoxy resin,the gas production rate and initial concentration of the characteristic components of different SF6 ratio mixed gases are different,and the gas production temperature is the same.H2S and CF4 were selected as the characteristic components for determining the POF temperature of epoxy resin surface,and a mathematical model was established.
