摘 要:对美国桑迪亚实验室提出的Z箍缩装置Z-800,电磁波在直线变压器驱动源(linear transformer driver,LTD)内部传输时间大于输出电流上升时间,传统的LTD型Z箍缩装置的模拟与优化方法并不适用。因此建立了Z-800装置的包括驱动源和单层钨丝阵负载的全电路模型,其中LTD采用串联传输线模型以反映其内部电磁波传输过程。基于该全电路模型,将能量传输效率作为评价指标,对丝阵负载参数和整体径向变阻抗线线型进行优化设计,并讨论了LTD采用串联传输线模型的必要性。根据仿真结果得到了最优负载参数,发现指数型变阻抗线性能最好,且LTD采用串联传输线模型对整体径向变阻抗线线型设计有影响。文中得到了Z-800装置的优化设计结果,建立了LTD型Z箍缩装置的全电路仿真及优化设计方法,为我国建立相类似的LTD型Z箍缩装置奠定了仿真基础。As for the Z-800 proposed by Sandia national laboratory,the transmission time of electromagnetic wave in LTD is greater than the rise time of output current,so the traditional method for simulation and optimization of Z-pinch device is not applicable.Thus,we established a whole circuit model of the Z-800 device,including the driving source and the single-layer wire array load,and chose the series transmission line model to reflect the internal electromagnetic wave transmission process for LTD.Based on the full circuit model,the best combination of the mass and the radius of the wire-array is obtained by taking the energy transfer efficiency as an evaluation index,and the impedance profile of the monolithic radial transmission line is optimized.The necessity of using the series transmission line model is also discussed.Finally,the optimal load parameters are obtained,and it is found that exponential line is the best one.It is found that the series transmission line model adopted by LTD has an influence on the design of the monolithic radial transmission line.The optimal design results of Z-800 device have been obtained,and the full circuit simulation and optimal design method of LTD type Z-pinch device have been established,which lays a simulation foundation for the establishment of similar LTD type Z-pinch device in China.
