摘 要:目的:探讨吉林省不同产地白屈菜的药效成分含量及其止咳平喘作用,确定白屈菜的最优产地,指导临床更加合理的使用白屈菜。方法:采用HPLC法测定9个产地白屈菜中白屈菜红碱的含量,通过观察诱咳模型小鼠咳嗽潜伏期、咳嗽次数、炎症因子IL-1、IL-6水平;哮喘模型豚鼠哮喘潜伏期、行为学评分、气道黏多糖含量、CD4^+/CD8^+变化及肺组织病理学改变,评价不同产地白屈菜的药效作用差异。结果:9组不同产地的白屈菜浓缩液均能延长小鼠咳嗽潜伏期,降低3min内咳嗽次数(P<0.05或P<0.01),延长豚鼠哮喘潜伏期,降低行为学评分(P<0.05或P<0.01);其中靖宇产白屈菜控制小鼠咳嗽发生的潜伏期、3min内咳嗽次数、豚鼠发生哮喘潜伏期、哮喘发生的行为状态、气道黏多糖含量及CD4^+/CD8^+值明显优于其他8组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:不同产地的白屈菜均有止咳平喘作用,但作用效果不同,其中靖宇地区产白屈菜在治疗咳嗽、哮喘症状方面具有一定的优势。OBJECTIVE To investigate the content and antitussive and antiasthmatic effects in Chelidonium majus L.from nine places in Jilin Province,in order to determine the optimal origin of Chelidonium majus L.,and guide the more rational use of Chelidonium majus L.in clinical practice.METHODS The contents of chelerythrine in 9producing areas of Chelidonium majus L.were determined by HPLC.The cough latency,cough times,IL-1and IL-6levels of inflammatory factors,asthma latency,behavioral score,airway mucopolysaccharide content,CD4^+/CD8^+changes and histopathological changes of lung were observed to evaluate the differences in the pharmacodynamic effects of Chelidonium from different producing areas.RESULTS Chelidonium majus L.concentrate from 9groups of different habitats could prolong the cough latency of mice,reduce the number of coughs within 3min(P<0.05or P<0.01),prolong the asthma latency of guinea pigs,and reduce the behavioral score(P<0.05or P<0.01);the latency of cough occurrence,the number of coughs within 3min,the latency of asthma occurrence in guinea pigs,the behavioral status of asthma occurrence,airway mucopolysaccharide content and CD4+/CD8+values in Jingyu Chelidonium majus L.controlled mice were significantly better than those in the other 8groups(P<0.05or P<0.01).CONCLUSION Chelidonium majus L.from different producing areas in Jilin Province have antitussive and antiasthmatic effects,but the effects are different,Chelidonium majus L.from Jingyu area has certain advantages in treating cough and asthma symptoms.
