套子湾污水处理厂污泥消化系统的启动调试与运行

摘　　要：烟台市套子湾污水处理厂污泥消化系统采用单级中温厌氧消化工艺,在长期闲置后进行整改、启动和调试,并正式运行,实现了污泥的减量化、无害化处理。介绍了厌氧消化系统工艺流程,着重分析了项目启动前的土建、工艺、消防等设施的整改工作、调试进程及运行效果,并提出了运行中需要注意的安全、堵塞等问题。A single-stage,mesophilic anaerobic digestion process is adopted in the sludge digestion system at the Taoziwan WWTP in Yantai City.After idle for a long period,it underwent rectification,commissioning,and official operation,achieving sludge reduction and harmless treatment.The process flow of the anaerobic digestion system was introduced, focusing on the analysis of construction,process and firefighting rectification before the start of the project,the commissioning process and the operation effect.The safety,blocking and other issues that need attention in the operation were put forward.
