摘  要:为解决渤海油田大斜度注水井无法分注测调的问题,研发了注水井高效测调一体化技术,实现了注水管柱分层注水与测试、调配功能的集成一体化,分层注水测试与调配无需额外的钢丝电缆投捞作业,且不受井斜的影响,彻底解决了大斜度井和水平井分层注水测试与调配的难题。该技术中的主要设备包括井下分注自动测调配水器、钢管电缆和地面测调控制器,它们共同构成一个分层注水集散式测调系统。分注测试调配时,仅需地面测调控制器向井下各自动测调配水器发送控制指令,即可实时监测分层注水动态、快速调整分层注水量。该技术目前已在渤海油田成功实施82口井,最大井斜87.62°,实现了大斜度井和水平井的分层注水高效测调一体化。注水井高效测调一体化技术的开发成功为井下注水安全和油藏注水动态监测提供了技术支持。To address the problem of highly deviated injection wells in Bohai Oilfield that cannot be separately injected and tested and adjusted layer by layer,an integrated high efficient testing and adjustment technology for water injection well has been developed,in order to provide water injection pipe string the integrated functions of layered water injection,testing and adjustment.Layered water injection testing and adjustment no longer requires additional wireline cable fishing operations,and is not affected by the well deviation,which completely address the problem of layered water injection testing and adjustment of highly deviated wells and horizontal wells.The main equipment in this technology include downhole automatic testing and adjustment water distributor,steel pipe cable and ground testing/adjustment controller,which together form integrated testing and adjustment system for layered water injection.In the case of layered water injection testing and adjustment,the ground testing and adjustment controller simply needs to send control commands to the downhole automatic testing and adjustment water distributor to monitor the layered water injection dynamics in real time and quickly adjust the layered water injection.The technology has successfully implemented 82 wells in Bohai Oilfield,with a maximum well deviation of 87.62°.Great application performances have been achieved by integrated high efficient testing and adjustment system for layered water injection in highly deviated and horizontal wells.The successful development of the technology could provide technical support for the safety of downhole water injection and the dynamic monitoring of reservoir water injection.
