摘 要:针对现场需求开展了大扩张比封隔器研究,由于封隔器扩张比达到50%,常规结构难以实现。鉴于此,优化设计了能够支撑大扩张比封隔器胶筒大变形的金属骨架,并分别研制了直线割缝、螺旋割缝和叠片钢带等多种金属骨架结构,通过有限元计算、变形测试和支撑胶筒胀封试验的方法,对金属骨架进行了结构优化和性能分析。试验数据表明叠片钢带骨架结构发生变形后不产生缝隙,对胶筒大变形能够提供有效支撑和保护,同时具有很好的回复性能,因此采用叠片钢带骨架结构支撑封隔器胶筒。试验中,该封隔器(外径120 mm)在内径165~182 mm的井筒内能够坐封并且封隔压力达到20 MPa,最大扩张比达到50%,各项指标满足现场技术要求。研究结果和研究方法可为大扩张比封隔器的进一步优化设计提供参考。A large expansion ratio packer was researched in response to on-site needs.Since the expansion ratio of the packer reaches 50%,the conventional packer structure is no longer capable.In view of this,a metal skeleton capable of supporting the large expansion deformation of the packer rubber was designed.Metal skeleton structures including straight slotting,spiral slotting and laminated steel belts were developed.Finite element calculation,deformation test and support rubber expansion and sealing test were conducted for structural optimization and performance analysis.The test data shows that the laminated steel belt skeleton structure does not produce gaps after deformation,which can provide effective support and protection for the large deformation of the rubber,and good recovery performance.Therefore,the laminated steel belt skeleton structure is used to support the packer rubbe.During the test,the packer can be set in a 165~182 mm wellbore with the sealing pressure of 20 MPa and the maximum expansion ratio of 50%,and various indicators meet the on-site technical requirements.The study results and methods can provide references for the further optimization design of large expansion ratio packers.
