摘  要:为了认识核桃壳过滤器滤后水质恶化的成因,并确定合理的过滤周期,根据质量和动量守恒原理,建立了考虑拦截作用、沉淀作用和分子间作用力的过滤过程三维瞬态计算流体力学模型,其中滤床采用多孔介质模型进行描述,模拟了核桃壳滤料对污水中油滴和悬浮固体的吸附过程。研究结果表明:滤出水含油和悬浮固体质量浓度变化呈“S”形增长,滤床水头损失变化接近抛物线;随过滤进行,污水过滤的负荷由顶部向底部滤层逐渐转移,经过30 h左右,床层被穿透,滤出水含油和悬浮固体质量浓度迅速升高;根据滤后控制指标确定了某过滤器的最佳过滤周期为20 h,与现场实际运行情况相符,可为过滤器过滤周期的确定提供一种数值模拟方法,并可通过单个周期处理水量最大对过滤参数进行优化。研究结果可为核桃壳过滤器性能参数的确定提供理论依据。In order to understand the cause of water quality deterioration after filtration by walnut shell filter and determine the reasonable filtration cycle,this paper established a three-dimensional transient computational fluid dynamics model of filtering process considering interception,precipitation and intermolecular forces according to the principle of conservation of mass and momentum.The filter bed was described using a porous media model,and the adsorption process of oil droplets and suspended solids in waste water by the walnut shell filtering material was simulated.And the following research results were obtained.First,oil content and suspended solid content of the filtered water increase in the shape of“S”,and the change curve of the head loss of filter bed is close to parabola.Second,as the filtration goes on,the filtered waste water load gradually transfers from the top to the bottom filter layer.After about 30 h,the bed layer is penetrated,and the oil content and suspended solid content of the filtered water increase rapidly.Third,according to the post-filtration control index,the optimal filtration cycle of a certain actual filter is determined to be 20 h,which is in accordance with the actual operation in the field.It can provide a numerical simulation method for the determination of filter’s filtration cycle,and can optimize the filtration parameters by maximizing the single-cycle water treatment capacity.The research results provide the theoretical basis for the determination of the performance parameters of walnut shell filter.
