摘　　要：针对传统人工全野外测量模式在农村房地一体调查工作中存在效率低、工作强度大等问题,本文提出一种以1∶2000基础地理数据作为工作底图,采用室内判图为主、外业采集为辅的全新的农村房地一体调查方法。并结合湖南省工作实际,通过浏阳、澧县、芷江等试点地区的实践应用,得出该方法在精度上完全满足湖南省农村房地一体调查工作要求。该方法操作便捷、技术难度低,改变了以往只能依靠专业测量队伍开展外业调查工作的被动局面,是加快推进湖南省农村房地一体调查工作行之有效的方法。In the traditional artificial full-field survey mode,there are problems such as low efficiency and high work intensity in the process of rural real estate surveys.We proposed a new integrated survey method based on 1∶2000 basic geographic data as a working base map,using indoor maps as a preliminary,and field collection as a supplement.This article combines the actual work of Hu′nan Province and the practical application of pilot areas such as Liuyang,Lixian,and Zhijiang.So that it can be concluded that the accuracy of the method can fully meet the needs of the survey of rural real estate.This method is easy to operate and has lower technical difficulty.It can change the situation that the past surveys can only be carried out by professional survey teams,and it effectively accelerates the investigation of rural real estate in our province.
