基于ArcGIS的县域国土资源“一张图”信息系统建设研究——以璧山县国土资源“一张图”信息系统建设为例

摘　　要：县级国土资源“一张图”信息系统的建设是为了实现国土资源开发利用的“天上看、网上管、地上查”,从而实现国土资源的动态监管目标,并且实现数据共享和业务协同,降低行政成本,提高行政效率。本文以璧山县国土资源“一张图”信息系统的建设为例,对基于ArcGIS的B/S和C/S混合模式的县级国土资源“一张图”信息系统的建设研究情况进行了阐述,重点对璧山县国土资源“一张图”的建设目标、系统构架、数据库建设、系统功能设计以及系统特色进行介绍,为县域范围内的国土资源“一张图”信息系统的建设提供了参考。The construction of county-level land and resources"one map"information system is to realize the"sky view,network management and ground survey"of land and resources development and utilization,so as to realize the dynamic supervision goal of land and resources,realize data sharing and business coordination,reduce administrative costs and improve administrative efficiency.Taking the construction of Bishan County′s land and resources"one map"information system as an example,this paper expounds the construction and research of county-level land and resources"one map"information system based on the mixed mode of B/S and C/S of ArcGIS,focusing on the construction objectives,system structure,database construction,system function design and system characteristics of Bishan County′s land and resources"one map".It provides a reference for the construction of"one map"information system of land and resources in the county area.
