摘　　要：存量数据整理是不动产登记发证的基础工作,本文结合沈阳市不动产登记数据整合项目,设计了登记发证的技术流程与数据整理方法,以宗地为整理单元,通过房地协同整理、内外业结合的方法,进行土地数据整理、房产数据整理、房地数据编码入库等工作,完成了该市不动产存量数据整理工作,对其他城市的同类工作具有借鉴意义。Real estate registration inventory data collation is the basic work of real estate registration and certification.Based on the project of real estate registration data integration in Shenyang,this paper designs the technical process and data collation method of registration and certification.By the technique of cooperative collation of house and land and combination of indoor and field work,this method takes the parcel land as the collating unit to conduct land data collation,property data collation,real estate data encoding and databasing,etc.The completion of the data collation of real estate inventory in Shenyang has reference significance for similar work in other cities.
