摘　　要：测绘市场管理是测绘统一监管的重要组成部分,是测绘法赋予各级自然资源部门的责任。掌握测绘市场主体活动是实现测绘市场监管的有效途径,本文从测绘市场主体大多为CORS用户这一判断出发,设计基于CORS的监管平台框架,整合测绘资质单位数据库、CORS用户库等基础数据,重点做好面向连接的数据通信、历史轨迹记录等关键技术开发,运用已经建设完成的JSCORS平台,列举了CORS用户实际测绘与备案项目差值等,监督测绘市场主体履行法定义务。同时作出测绘市场发展、区域经济发展分析,为测绘事业科学发展提供决策数据支持。The management of surveying and mapping market is an important part of the unified supervision of surveying and mapping.It is the responsibility assigned to the natural resources sector at all levels by the surveying and mapping law.Mastering the main activity of surveying and mapping market is an effective way to realize the supervision of surveying and mapping market.This article from surveying and mapping market main body mostly is CORS user this judgment embarks.The supervision platform frame based on CORS is designed to integrate the basic data of surveying and mapping qualification unit database and CORS user database.Focus on the development of key technologies such as connection-oriented data communication and historical track record,using the completed JSCORS platform.The difference between the actual surveying and mapping of CORS users and the registered projects is illustrated.To supervise market participants in surveying and mapping to fulfill their legal obligations.At the same time,make mapping market development,regional economic development analysis,providing decision-making data support for the scientific development of surveying and mapping.
