场景化学习在管理类专业方向课教学中的应用

摘　　要：管理类专业方向课程以"学以致用"为目标,是培养学生应用能力的关键。近年来,教学改革取得了相当大的成绩,但是课程学习成果转化率低、毕业生眼高手低的问题仍普遍存在。该文在分析管理类专业学习特点的基础上,提出将场景化学习作为管理类专业方向课程教学模式改革的一种新路径,并阐述了场景化学习的内涵,提出了开展场景化学习的方法。With"learning in order to practice"ad the goal,the professional courses of management is the key to the cultivation of students’application ability.In recent years,the teaching reform has achieved considerable results,but it is still common that the transformation of course learning results is inefficient,and the graduates have grandiose aims but puny abilities.Based on the analysis of the learning characteristics of management majors,this paper proposes to use"scene-based learning"as a new path for the teaching model reform of professional courses in management majors,expounds the connotation of scene-based learning,and proposes the methods to carry out it.
