新大纲要求下的军校军事体育教学训练研究

摘　　要：在全军如火如荼开展实战化训练的大背景下,中央军委批准了首批军队院校教学大纲。新大纲对军事体育教学的要求更高、更严,给军校军事体育教学带来了新的挑战。该文认为,军事体育教学要落实新大纲要求,必须做到以下几点:(1)充分认清军事体育训练的重要作用和意义,从思想上重视军事体育教学;(2)严格教学管理,从行动上落实新大纲要求;(3)优化课程结构,从方法上提高教学质量;(4)加强教学保障,从硬件上保证教学顺利进行。Under the background of actual combat training in full swing in the army,the Central Military Commission issued a new syllabus for colleges and universities.The new syllabus has higher and stricter requirements for military sports teaching,which has brought new challenges to military sports teaching in military academies.This paper believes that,to implement the requirements of the new syllabus in military sports teaching,first,it is necessary to fully understand the important role and significance of military sports training,and attach importance to military sports teaching from the perspective of ideology;second,we must carry out strict teaching management,so as to implement the requirements of the new syllabus in action;third,we must optimize the curriculum structure and improve the teaching quality in terms of methods;fourth,we must strengthen the teaching guarantee,so as to ensure the smooth progress of the teaching from the perspective of hardware.
