摘  要:大学生思想政治教育需要与心理健康教育相结合,辅导员谈心谈话是思想政治教育的有效载体,辅导员谈心谈话的专业性需要心理咨询的主导和关怀。该文基于协同理论,对心理咨询与辅导员谈心谈话协同育人面临的能力不足、意识缺乏、效果不佳等困境进行分析。从队伍建设、教育理念、工作环境以及构建机制方面入手,探索心理咨询与辅导员谈心谈话协同育人的实现路径。The ideological and political education of college students needs to be combined with mental health education.The counselor’s heart-to-heart talk is an effective carrier of ideological and political education.The professionalism of the counselor’s heart-to-heart talk requires the guidance and care of psychological counseling.Based on the synergy theory,the article analyzes the reasons for the difficulties of lack of ability,lack of awareness and poor effectiveness of the collaborative education of psychological counseling and the counselor’s heart-to-heart talk.Starting from the aspects of team building,educational concept,working environment and construction mechanism,we explore the realization path of the collaborative education of psychological consultation and the counselor’s heart-to-heart talk.
