摘　　要：美国是生物农业强国,在转基因农产品的生产和商业化方面一直处于世界领先地位。近年,特别是特朗普政府执政以来,为保持在全球生物农业技术领域的领先地位,联邦政府通过系列改革,扫清制度障碍,不断优化其高层协调机制和产业组织体系,激发转基因、基因编辑等前沿生物技术作为其现代农业发展的“推进器”,为产业经济高效发展提供强劲动力。美国的生物农业政策新动向值得跟踪研究。The United States is the main power of the world bio-agriculture for its sustainable leading position in the field of producing and commercializing the global genetically modified agricultural products.In recent years,especially since the Trump administration came into power,in order to lead the development of the global bio-agricultural technology and promote the efficiency of its agri-economy,the federal government,through a series of reforms,has cleared the institutional barriers,constantly optimized its high-level coordination mechanism and industrial organization system,and boosted biotechnology,such as trans-gene and gene editing.The new trend of American biological agriculture policy is worth following and studying.
