摘　　要：标准必要专利是实施标准必不可少的专利,是技术标准和知识产权相结合的产物。本文基于国际标准化组织所披露的标准必要专利,结合其所关联的标准、专利、研发机构,在对专利信息进行同族扩展的基础上,从技术领域、关联标准、持有机构、地理信息及技术研发到技术市场的流动等角度进行了整体分析,以展现标准化领域知识产权活动的特点。A standard essential patent is a patent that claims an invention that must comply with a technical standard.Standard essential patents are the combination of technical standard and intellectual property rights.Therefore,standard essential patents are important competitive intelligence sources.In order to reveal the characteristics of intellectual property activities in the field of standardization,this paper analyses standard essential patents information of International Standardization Organization(ISO)from the perspectives of technology fields,related standards,holding institutions,geographic information,technology research and development,and technology market flow.
