摘 要:为了使液压顶紧器能够在高温、高压下提供足够的密封力,对液压顶紧器中A系列、B系列和C系列碟簧进行设计与分析研究。研究表明:在特定工况下,A系列碟簧使用性能优于B系列、C系列碟簧;摩擦力对碟簧的承载能力和变形有较大影响,考虑摩擦力和忽略摩擦力时其载荷-变形曲线有较大差异;无论是单片碟簧还是碟簧组,其应力和应变分布规律基本相同,最大应力均位于碟簧或碟簧组的最上端;碟簧组的应力和应变均随着碟簧数量的增加而增大,但碟簧数量不宜过多,当并联碟簧片数n=7时,其应力已超过材料的许用应力,而n=6时虽产生了很大的应力,但应力强度评定结果满足标准要求。综合考虑应力、位移、自由高度、变形量和使用空间等因素,最终确定A系列下并联碟簧片数n=6、串联碟簧组数i=5时复合组合碟簧综合性能最佳,该组合可以为液压顶紧器提供足够的密封力。In order to provide enough sealing force under high temperature and high pressure,the disc spring groups of series A,series B and series C in hydraulic jacking device were designed and analyzed.It is shown that the service performance of series A disc spring group is better than that of series B and C disc spring groups under specific working conditions.Friction has a great influence on the bearing capacity and deformation of disc spring.The load-deformation curve is quite different when considering friction and neglecting friction.The stress distribution and stain distribution of single disc spring and disc spring group are basically the same and the value will increase with the increase of disc spring number,while the number of disc spring should not be too much.The stress has exceeded the allowable stress of the material when the number of parallel disc springs is n=7,while the parallel disc spring has a great stress when n=6,but the stress intensity assessment results meet the standard requirements.According to comprehensive consideration the factors of stress,displacement,free height,deformation,use space and others,Finally,it was determined that the composite disc spring combination has the best comprehensive performance when n=6,i=5 in series A,which can provide sufficient sealing force for the hydraulic jacking device.
