麝香保心丸联合心达康治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效和安全性评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨麝香保心丸联合心达康治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效和安全性。方法:选择2017年12月—2018年7月诊治的98例冠心病心绞痛患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各49例。对照组采用心达康治疗,10 mg/次,3次/d,共4周。观察组采用心达康联合麝香保心丸治疗(45 mg/次,3次/d),共治疗4周。观察两组疗效、心绞痛发作情况及不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率为100%(49/49),高于对照组的71.43%(35/49,P<0.05)。与治疗前相比,两组干预后心绞痛发作频率明显下降,心绞痛持续时间明显缩短,硝酸甘油用量明显减少,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率差异无统计意义(P>0.05)。结论:麝香保心丸联合心达康治疗可以提高治疗效果,减少患者心绞痛发作频率,缩短心绞痛持续时间,降低硝酸甘油用量,不增加患者的不良反应,应用价值较高。Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of Shexiang baoxin pills combined with xindakang in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina.Methods:Ninety-eight patients with coronary heart disease angina from December 2017 to July 2018 were collected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 49 cases each.The control group was treated with xindakang 10 mg/time,3 times/d for 4 weeks.The observation group was treated with xindakang combined with Shexiang baoxin pills(45 mg/time,3 times/d)for 4 weeks.The curative effect,angina attacks and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 100%(49/49),which was higher than that of the control group 71.43%(35/49,P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the frequency of angina pectoris was significantly reduced after intervention,the duration of angina pectoris was shortened,and the amount of nitroglycerin was significantly reduced in the two groups,and the observation group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Shexiang baoxin pills combined with xindakang can improve the treatment effect,reduce the frequency of the angina pectoris attack,shorten the duration of angina pectoris,reduce the amount of nitroglycerin,and can’t increase the adverse reactions of patients,which has a high application value.
