家属授权式健康教育对高龄产妇剖宫产切口感染护理的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察与探讨家属授权式健康教育对高龄产妇剖宫产切口感染护理的影响。方法:选取2017年11月至2018年10月河南省人民医院收治的高龄剖宫产产妇190例为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(常规健康教育组)和观察组(家属授权式健康教育组),各95例。比较两组产妇的切口感染发生率、健康教育前后的切口感染认知度、防护行为、对健康教育的满意度。结果:观察组的切口感染发生率明显低于对照组,对健康教育的满意度明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均 P<0.05),健康教育前两组患者的切口感染认知度及防护行为比较差异均无统计学意义(均 P>0.05),健康教育后观察组的切口感染认知度及防护行为均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均 P<0.05)。 结论:家属授权式健康教育对高龄产妇剖宫产切口感染的影响较好,对产妇感染认知度与防护行为也有积极的改善作用。Objective To observe and investigate the influence of family authorized health education for the incisional wound infection nursing of elderly parturient women with cesarean section.Methods A total of 190 elderly cesarean section pregnant women from November 2017 to October 2018 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into control group(conventional health education group)and observation group(family-authorized health education group),with 95 cases each.The incidence of incision infection,awareness of incision infection,protective behavior,and satisfaction with health education were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of incision infection in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the satisfaction with health education was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the incision infection awareness and protective behavior between the two groups before health education(P>0.05).After health education,the awareness of incision infection and protective behavior in the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Family authorization health education has a good effect on the infection of incision in cesarean section in elderly pregnant women,and has a positive effect on the awareness of infection and protection behavior of pregnant women.
