摘　　要：目的:探讨PDCA管理模式对急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者经皮介入治疗(PCI)临床效果评价。方法:选取2018年2月至2019年2月于汕头市中心医院治疗的AMI患者101例,55例为实施PDCA循环管理模式之前对照组;46例为实施PDCA循环管理模式后该治疗患者,纳入观察组。分析施行PDCA管理模式前后护理人员专业知识知晓率、患者AMI健康教育覆盖率,患者AMI知识知晓率、不良事件发生率、患者对护理人员的满意度、自我护理能力、服药依从性、自我能效感、PCI手术并发症发生率。结果:PDCA管理模式后,护理人员专业知识知晓率、健康教育覆盖率以及患者疾病知晓率、生活质量、自我护理能力、服药依从性、自我能效感明显提高;PCI并发症发生率明显减少,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。 结论:PDCA循环管理模式能够明显降低PCI并发症的发生率,提高患者的生活质量,增加患者的自我效能感;并且能够提高护士的专业水平及服务能力,提高患者对护士的满意度。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of PDCA management model for acute myocardial infarction(AMI)with percutaneous interventional(PCI)therapyin patients.Methods A total of 101 patients with AMI from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected,and 55 patients were selected as the control group before the implelementation of PDCA cycle management mode.A total of 46 patients were included in the observation group after PDCA cycle management.The professional knowledge awareness rate of nursing staff,AMI health education coverage rate of patients,AMI knowledge of patients,adverse events,patients'satisfaction with nursing staff,self-care ability,medication compliance,self-efficacy sense and PCI complications were analyzed before and after the implementation of PDCA management mode.Results After PDCA management mode,the professional knowledge awareness rate of nursing staff,health education coverage rate,disease awareness rate of patients,quality of life,self-care ability,medication compliance and self-energy efficiency were significantly improved.The incidence of PCI complications was significantly reduced,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions PDCA cycle management mode can significantly reduce the incidence of PCI complications,improve patients'quality of life,and increase patients'sense of self-efficacy.In addition,it can improve the professional level and service ability of nurses and lift patients'satisfaction with nurses.
