摘 要:通过搭建试验台对两种不同流量的三螺杆泵进行模拟试验,对不同工况下三螺杆泵产生气蚀和自激振动的机理进行了分析。试验表明,自激振动引起的振动和噪声远大于气蚀产生的振动和噪声,且自激振动会引起系统流量和压力的剧烈波动。文中指出增加泵出口压力有利于降低气蚀影响。通过对某核电机组自激振动案例的分析,提出了配备安全阀的容积式泵避免自激振动的措施。The m echanism of cavitation and self-excited vibration of the three screw pump under different working conditions is analyzed through the simulation test of two kinds of three screw pumps with different flow rates. The test shows that the vibraion and noise caused by self-excited vibration is much greater than that caused by cavitation, and the self-excited vibraion will cause the system flow and pressure to fluctuate violently. It is pointed out that increasing the pump outlet pressure is conductive to reducing the impact of cavitaion. Based on the analysis of a case of self-excited vibration in a nuclear power unit, the measures to avoid self-excited vibration of positive displacement pump with safety valve are put forward.
