摘  要:为了改善电液比例溢流阀压力的PID控制效果,将标准人工蜂群(SABC)算法用于电液比例溢流阀控制器的PID参数整定。针对人工蜂群算法初始收敛性和局部性能较差等缺陷,以精英人工蜂群算法(ABC-elite)为基础,根据迭代次数动态调整精英解和全局最优解(gbest)的权重并且改进了雇佣蜂更新公式,得到改进精英人工蜂群(IABC-elite)算法并应用于电液比例溢流阀PID控制器。仿真结果表明,IABC-elite算法与SABC及其他改进算法相比,在理论上具有可行性,在系统稳定性和精度上均有明显提高。实验结果表明,压力输出稳定,精度较高。In order to improve the PID control effect of the electro-hydraulic proportional overflow valve pressure,the standard artificial bee colony(SABC)algorithm is used to adjust the PID parameters of the electro-hydraulic proportional overflow valve controller.Aiming at the defects of initial convergence and poor local performance of the artificial bee colony algorithm,based on the elite artificial bee colony algorithm(ABC-elite)and dynamically adjust the weights of the elite solution and the global best solution(gbest)according to the number of iterations,the employed bees formula is updated to obtain an improved IABC-elite algorithm and applied to an electro-hydraulic proportional overflow valve PID controller.Simulations results show that the IABC-elite algorithm is theoretically feasible compared to SABC and other improved algorithms,and both the system stability and accuracy are significantly improved.Experimental results show that the pressure output is stable and the precision is high.
