摘　　要：介绍了高压油轨的结构和检测专用工具,并阐述了鱼骨图分析法在汽车装配与检验的实施步骤;然后以某车型发动机的高压油轨故障为例,介绍了故障分析的过程,分析了检测数据并最终排除故障;最后,总结泄漏的常见原因,并就解决相关的高压油轨故障提出建议。This paper introduces the structure of high-pressure oil rail and the special tool for testing.The implementation procedure of Bone Diagram analysis in automobile assembly and inspection is analyzed.Taking the engine’s high-pressure oil rail failure as an example,the process of fault analysis is introduced.The test data is analyzed and the faults are eliminated.The common causes of the leak are summarized.Some suggestions are put forward to solve the related troubles of high pressure oil rail.
