摘 要:针对南方水田保护性耕作存在的残茬秸秆量大、土壤含水率高等问题,设计一款秸秆压草刀具。通过分析工作过程中所受阻力、对土壤的扰动情况及地表平整度等,收集田间土壤参数并用EDEM软件建立土壤离散元仿真模型,仿真试验结果显示,在入土深度为10 cm,刀具转速为3 r/s,前进速度为1 m/s时,土壤的扰动作用较小,受到的阻力为53.20 N。田间试验结果显示,同样因素条件下,秸秆回弹率较低,该刀具能够处理85%的秸秆杂草。刀具在使用过程中未产生停转且刀具不会缠草。通过仿真试验和田间试验,证明该组合刀具符合保护性耕作要求。The difficulty of conservation tillage in paddy field in South China is the large amount of residual straw and high soil moisture content.Through analyzing the resistance,disturbance to soil and surface roughness,the field soil parameters were collected and the soil discrete element simulation model was established by edem software.The simulation test results showed that when the depth of soil was 10 cm,the cutter speed was 3 r/s,and the forward speed was 1 m/s,the soil disturbance was small,and the resistance was 53.20 N.The results of field test showed that the springback rate of straw was low under the same conditions,and the cutter could deal with 85%of straw weeds.The tool does not stop running and does not entangle grass during use.Through simulation test and field test,it is proved that the combined cutter meets the requirements of conservation tillage.
