某妇幼保健院夏冬季儿童用药情况及片剂药物的分剂量情况分析

摘　　要：目的调查某妇幼保健院儿科门诊口服药物片剂的分剂量情况及药物的使用情况,为保障儿童用药安全提供参考。方法收集2018年7月及8月(夏季)和2018年12月及2019年1月(冬季)的处方数据,比较夏冬季不同药物的使用频率,并抽取需要进行片剂分剂量的药物品种进行分析。结果医院儿科门诊使用片剂药物种类为77种,其中片剂分剂量药物占65种,片剂分剂量处方数占总处方数50.1%。主要涉及的药物包含解热镇痛药和抗菌药。解热镇痛药和抗菌药的使用频率冬季比夏季明显增多。其中分剂量频率最多的前3种药物为氨酚伪麻那敏分散片、克林霉素棕榈酸酯分散片、盐酸丙卡特罗片,分剂量规格最多的前3种药物为盐酸丙卡特罗片、盐酸异丙嗪片、氨茶碱片。不同季节的片剂分剂量使用频率相近。结论不同季节的片剂分剂量使用情况相近。医院片剂分剂量使用频率广泛,目前市售片缺乏儿童需要的常用剂量,存在用药安全隐患。Objective To investigate the dosage distribution and drug use of oral tablets in pediatric outpatient department of a maternal and child health care hospital,so as to provide reference for children's medication.Methods Data of prescription in July and August 2018,December 2018 and January 2019 were collected,and the frequency of use of different drugs in summer and winter was compared.The drug varieties that need to be divided into different doses were selected for analysis.Results There were 77 kinds of tablets used in pediatric outpatient clinics,of which 65 were tablets and 50.1%prescriptions were tablets.The main drugs included antipyretic analgesics and antimicrobial drugs.The frequency of antipyretics,analgesics and antimicrobials in December and January was significantly higher than that in July and August.Among them,the first three drugs with the highest frequency of fractional dosage were paracetamol pseudoephedrine dispersible tablets,clindamycin palmitate dispersible tablets and procaterol hydrochloride tablets.The first three drugs with the largest fractional dosage specifications were procaterol hydrochloride tablets,promethazine hydrochloride tablets and aminophylline tablets.The frequency of tablet dosage in different seasons was similar.Conclusion The use of tablets in different seasons is similar.Hospital tablets are widely used in different doses.At present,there is a lack of commonly used doses for children in market tablets,which may lead to potential drug safety risks.
