摘　　要：临床上针对新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)尚无明确的特效药物,多为对症治疗。研究发现,在体外筛选抗病毒药物时显示氯喹有效抑制了新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)复制,且小样本的临床试验初步表明对COVID-19有一定疗效,为此,氯喹成为“老药新用”关注的热点之一。本文梳理了有关氯喹抗病毒的研究进展,汇总近期氯喹在COVID-19临床疗效的报告及临床试验研究情况,强调需加强对氯喹不良反应的监控,为了解氯喹广谱抗病毒特点,合理应用氯喹及其衍生物治疗COVID-19提供参考。There is no special effect drug for Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19)in clinic,and most of them are symptomatic treatment.Studies found that chloroquine effectively inhibited the replication of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)during screening antiviral drugs in vitro,and clinical trials of small samples initially showed a certain effect of chloroquineon on COVID-19.Therefore,chloroquine has become one of the hotspots of"new use of old drugs".The article review the research progress of chloroquine on its antiviral effect,including clinical efficacy reports and clinical trial study of chloroquine in COVID-19.This paper also emphasizes the need to strengthen the monitoring of adverse reactions of chloroquine,and provides useful reference for understanding the broad-spectrum anti-virus characteristics of chloroquine and its derivatives in the treatment of covid-19.
