摘 要:在对病人的诊疗过程中,挥发到空气中的^131I会对医务人员造成吸入性内照射。因此,该文设计一种空气中^131I动态平衡监测方法,利用蒙特卡罗模拟软件建立测量模型及本底环境模型,模拟计算测量系统对空气中^131I最小可探测活度浓度,并对其进行分析。模拟计算结果表明,空气中^131I动态平衡监测方法可以应用于空气中^131I的连续动态监测,相对于“累积采样监测方法”免去定期更换碘盒或滤纸等维护操作,有助于实现无人值守连续监测和降低运维成本。During diagnosis and treatment for patients,^131I in the air can lead to the inhalation internal exposure to medical staffs.So a dynamic balanced monitoring method for ^131I in the air was proposed,the measurement model and the environment background model were established by Monte Carlo simulation software,and the detection efficiency and the minimum detectable specific activity of the measurement system for ^131I in the air were calculated.The results of simulation show that dynamic balanced monitoring method for ^131I in the air can be applied to the continuous dynamic monitoring for 131I in air.Compared with“accumulative sampling monitoring method”,dynamic balanced monitoring method for ^131I in the air does not require periodic replacement of iodine cartridges or filter paper,which is helpful to realize unattended continuous monitoring and reduce the cost of operation and maintenance.
