蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合喜炎平注射液治疗疱疹性咽峡炎幼儿的临床疗效及对炎症因子的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨在疱疹性咽峡炎幼儿中应用蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合喜炎平注射液治疗的临床效果及对炎症因子的影响。方法选取2017年5月至2018年2月本院收治的疱疹性咽峡炎幼儿120例为研究对象,根据入院时间分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组采用利巴韦林注射液治疗,观察组采用蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合喜炎平注射液治疗,两组均连续治疗1个月。记录并统计两组治疗后发热、疱疹、溃疡、流涎及咽痛消失时间;采用酶联免疫吸附试验测定两组治疗前、治疗后1个月的IL-6、IL-10和TNF-α水平。记录并统计两组治疗后1个月腹泻、皮疹、恶心呕吐、血压升高、过敏发生率,比较两组临床疗效及对炎症因子的影响。结果治疗1个月后,观察组疗效率为95.00%,高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05);治疗后1个月,观察组发热、疱疹、溃疡、流涎及咽痛消失时间,均短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后1个月,两组IL-6、IL-10和TNF-α水平比较,观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后1个月,两组腹泻、皮疹、恶心呕吐、血压升高、过敏发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论将蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合喜炎平注射液治疗疱疹性咽峡炎幼儿,有助于提高临床疗效,缩短症状改善时间,降低炎症因子水平,药物安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of pudilan xiaoyan oral liquid combined with xiyanping injection in the treatment of children with herpetic pharyngitis and its effect on inflammatory factors.Methods A total of 120 children with herpetic pharyngitis admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to February 2018 were selected as the study subjects.According to the admission time,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ribavirin injection,while the observation group was treated with Pudilan Xiaoyan oral liquid combined with Xiyanping injection,both two groups were treated continuously for one month.The time of disappearance of fever,herpes,ulcer,salivation and pharyngeal pain after treatment was recorded and counted.The levels of interleukin-6,interleukin-10 and tumor necrosis factor-a in the two groups before and 1 month after treatment were determined by elisa.The incidence of diarrhea,rash,nausea and vomiting,elevated blood pressure and allergy in the two groups was recorded and counted one month after treatment,and the clinical efficacy and effect on inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results The curative effect rate of the observation group was 95.00%after one month,which was higher than that of the control group(83.33%)(P<0.05).One month after treatment,the time of disappearance of fever,herpes,ulcer,salivation and pharyngeal pain in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of interleukin-6,interleukin-10 and tumor necrosis factor-αin the observation group were lower than in the control group one month after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of diarrhea,rash,nausea and vomiting,increased blood pressure and allergies between the two groups one month after treatment.Conclusion The combination of Pudilan Xiaoyan oral Liquid and Xiyanping injection in children with herpes gynecitis can improve the clinical curative ef
