安速刀和常规电刀痔切除术治疗重度混合痔的临床疗效比较

摘　　要：目的比较安速刀和常规电刀痔切除术治疗重度混合痔的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2018年5月至2019年2月本院收治的220例Ⅲ度和Ⅳ度重度混合痔患者的临床资料,按照手术器械的不同,分为安速刀组(n=110)和常规电刀组(n=110)。比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后恢复时间、术后疼痛评分、术后并发症等指标。结果安速刀组手术时间、术后恢复时间短于常规电刀组,术中出血量、术后疼痛评分少于常规电刀组,术后并发症发生率低于常规电刀组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与常规电刀比较,安速刀痔切除术治疗重度混合痔患者,手术时间短,术中出血量少,术后恢复快,术后疼痛感较轻,术后并发症少,值得临床推广应用。Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of Bicision and conventional electric knife hemorrhoidectomy in the treatment of severe mixed hemorrhoids.Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 220 patients with severe mixed hemorrhoids of gradeⅢandⅣadmitted to our hospital from May 2018 to February 2019.According to the different surgical instruments,they were divided into Bicision group(n=110)and conventional electric knife group(n=110).The operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,recovery time,pain score and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time and recovery time of Bicision group were shorter than those of conventional electric knife group,the intraoperative bleeding volume and pain score were less than those of conventional electric knife group,and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that of conventional electric knife group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional electric knife,Bicison hemorrhoidectomy for severe mixed hemorrhoids has shorter operation time,less bleeding,faster recovery,less pain and fewer complications,worthy of clinical application.
