摘 要:目的探究颈前路零切迹椎间植骨融合内固定系统治疗多节段颈椎病的临床疗效。方法选取本院2017年1月至2018年6月收治的多节段颈椎病患者68例,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组34例。对照组采用钛板行颈前路椎间盘切除植骨融合术治疗,观察组采用颈前路零切迹椎间植骨融合内固定系统治疗,比较两组日本骨科学会疗效评定标准(Japanese Orthope-dic Associatuion score,JOA)评分、颈椎功能障碍指数(the neek disability index,NDI)、椎间隙高度、Cobb角及并发症发生率。结果术后,观察组JOA评分高于对照组,NDI评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后,观察组椎间隙高度、Cobb角高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论颈前路零切迹椎间植骨融合内固定系统可有效改善多节段颈椎病患者症状,疗效显著,且安全性较高。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of zero-profile anterior cervical interbody fusion and internal fixation system in treatment of multi-segmental cervical spondylosis.Methods 68 patients with multi-segmental cervical spondylosis who were admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.Control group underwent anterior cervical discectomy and fusion,and observation group was tretaed with zero-profile anterior cervical interbody fusion and internal fixation system.The score of Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA),the neck disability index(NDI),height of intervertebral space,Cobb angle and the incidence of complications were compared between two groups.Results After surgery,the score of JOA in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the score of NDI in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).After surgery,the height of intervertebral space and Cobb angle in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Zero-profile anterior cervical interbody fusion and internal fixation system in treatment of multi-segmental cervical spondylosis can improve the symptoms,which has higher clinical efficacy and safety.
