清开灵和连花清瘟胶囊缓解上呼吸道感染症状的临床疗效对比研究

摘　　要：目的探讨清开灵胶囊联合连花清瘟胶囊治疗上呼吸道感染患者的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2016年4月至2018年5月于本院治疗的87例上呼吸道感染症状患儿的临床资料,按照治疗方法不同分为对照组(n=43)和实验组(n=44)。对照组单独使用清开灵胶囊治疗,实验组在对照组基础上联合连花清瘟胶囊治疗。比较两组患儿临床疗效、临床症状消失时间、不良反应发生率。结果观察组患儿治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿咳嗽消失时间、鼻塞流涕消失时间、咽部不适或疼痛消失时间、退热时间、扁桃体肿大恢复时间等临床症状消失时间明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用清开灵胶囊联合连花清瘟胶囊治疗上呼吸道感染症状效果显著,临床症状消失时间短,不良反应发生率低,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore a comprehensive study on single Qingkailing and Lianhuaqingwen capsules for relieving the symptoms of upper respiratory tract infection.Methods The clinical data of 87 patients with upper respiratory tract infection treated in our hospital from April 2016 to May 2018 were analyzed retrospectively,they were ivided into control group and experimental group according to different treatment methods.The control group(n=43)was treated with Qingkailing capsule alone,and the experimental group(n=44)was treated with Lianhua Qingwen capsule on the basis of the patients in the control group.The clinical efficacy,the time of clinical symptoms disappearance and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The cough disappear time,nasal congestion runny nose disappear time,pharynx discomfort or pain disappear time,defervesce time,tonsill swelling recovery time and other clinical symptoms disappear time in the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group,there was significally difference(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,there was significally difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Qingkailing capsule combined with Lianhua Qingwen capsule is effective in the treatment of symptoms of upper respiratory tract infection.It has significant clinical effect,short time for clinical symptoms to disappear,and low incidence of adverse reactions.It is worthy of clinical application.
