对花仙宫血胶囊止血抗炎作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察花仙宫血胶囊的止血、抗炎作用。方法:选择SD受孕大鼠50只制备功血模型,随机分为模型组,宫血宁胶囊组,花仙宫胶囊低、中、高剂量组;设10只健康大鼠为空白对照组,各组给予对应剂量药物灌胃。比较各组大鼠子宫出血量;应用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀、冰醋酸致小鼠毛细血管通透,进行抗炎试验。结果:花仙宫血胶囊高、中、低剂量组均能减少功血模型大鼠出血量,并能显著抑制小鼠耳肿胀;花仙宫血胶囊中、高剂量组对毛细血管的通透性增加有一定的降低作用。结论:花仙宫血胶囊具有良好的止血与抗炎作用。To observe hemostatic and anti-inflammatory effects of Huaxian Gongxue capsules.Methods:Fifty pregnant SD rats were chosen,prepared into the models with dysfunctional uterine bleeding(DUB),and they were randomized into the model group,Gongxuening capsules group,low,moderate and high doses groups of Huaxian Gongxue capsules;ten healthy rats were set as blank control group,different groups were drenched with the correspon-ding dose of medicine.To compare uterine bleeding amount and peritoneal capillary permeability among different groups;anti-inflammatory test was performed after inducing ear swelling in mice with xylene,and capillary permea-bility with glacial acetic acid.Results:Low,moderate and high doses of Huaxian Gongxue capsules could reduce blood loss of rat model,and inhibit ear swelling of the mice significantly;moderate and high doses of Huaxian Gongxue capsules could relieve capillary permeability increase certainly.Conclusion:Huaxian Gongxue capsules own good hemostatic and anti-inflammatory effects.
